Munchen to Gimi

Today we travelled from Munich to San Gimignano. Our taxi driver thought he was Daniel Riccardo as he got up to speeds of 155 klms on our way to the airport. It was a bit scary considering we were in a people mover with seven people & six large suitcases. Having arrived early, it was time for a bit of duty free shopping before boarding our plane for the one hour flight.

Once in Florence we picked up our mini van & headed for San Gimignano. The country side is stunning.

We are so pleased to be back & to be able to show this wonderful hill top village to Cummo & Ruthy. (Well almost all of us are happy to be back).

Our favourite place in San Gimignano is Bar Boboli & we thank Anna, Giancarlo & Sabino for their hospitality once again.
